From launching successful startups to seeing them through successful exits, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, always with one goal in mind: to create solutions that remove barriers and improve lives.

Mona Lisa Healthcare was born out of deep conversations with those on the front lines of care—clinicians, administrators, and families—who shared their frustrations about outdated, siloed systems and the growing crisis in healthcare staffing. I listened, and I knew we had to do better.

With Sherpa Care EMR, we’re not just building another healthcare platform—we’re reshaping how care is delivered by unifying service lines and bringing the gig economy into healthcare. I believe that we can solve the staffing crisis by giving skilled but burned-out healthcare professionals an Uber-like model—one that allows them to work on their own terms while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care.

This mission isn’t just professional; it’s personal. My family has been my rock through the long nights, the early mornings, and the sacrifices that come with building something this ambitious. They remind me why this work matters—because at the heart of healthcare is family-centered care coordination, logistics that actually make sense, and solutions that reduce stress rather than create more of it.
